Refund and Return Policy

We want you to love what you order from Julie Rivard. If something is not quite right, we are here to help. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work so that you know exactly what to expect.

Our Return Window

You may request a return within thirty days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags still attached. We kindly ask that you try on items the way you would in a fitting room, and avoid wearing perfume, deodorant, or makeup that could leave marks on the fabric.

Items that show signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage will not be accepted. For hygiene reasons, certain items such as intimate apparel or final sale pieces may not be eligible for return. Any exceptions will be clearly noted on the product page.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please email us at julierivard@gmail.com with the following details:

Your order number.
The name of the item or items you wish to return.
The reason for your return.

Our team will review your request and reply within one to two business days with instructions on how to proceed. Please do not send items back before contacting us, as returns sent without prior approval may not be processed.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for returns that are lost in transit. Please keep your receipt until your return has been fully processed.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please let us know when you contact us. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the item you want is out of stock, we will gladly issue a refund instead so you can place a new order at your convenience.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within five to ten business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the funds to your account.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part. In that case, we will refund both the item and the original shipping cost.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We are truly sorry if something arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered. Please contact us within seven days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement, a refund, or another solution that works for you, and we will cover the return shipping cost in these cases.

Final Sale Items

Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please review these product pages carefully before purchasing.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, we suggest the following steps:

Check your bank account again, as processing times can vary.
Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before a refund is officially posted.
Reach out to your bank, as there is often a processing period before a refund appears.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We are happy to cancel orders that have not yet been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled, but you may return it following the steps above.
